We’re planning to add subscription plans to give users a more convenient and predictable way to access ZenCreator, with better value for ongoing usage.
I want to start by saying I like the product and use it a lot. That is why I am writing.
The current credit model is getting hard to sustain as a heavy user. I spend a significant amount on ZenCreator, but a large share of that spend goes to generations that do not follow the prompt. I use Prompt Assist, the guides, and I iterate on wording and reference images. Even then, I often get the wrong result, or a near-identical image/video with almost no change.
When a job completes, the credits are gone even if the output is unusable. I am being generous when I say about half of my runs produce what I asked for. Paying hundreds of dollars for the other half is not something I can keep doing.
A subscription with tiers would be a better fit for users like me. I would willingly pay $100–$200 a month for a high-volume or unlimited plan if I were not charged full price for missed or unchanged generations. Even a middle ground would help: refund or cheap-rerun credits when a completed output clearly ignores the prompt.
I hope you can look at this. I want to stay on ZenCreator, but at the current cost of trial-and-error I will have to start comparing other services.

Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of working with generative AI. Even with a detailed prompt, good reference images, and the correct settings, AI models cannot guarantee a perfect result every time. They may occasionally misunderstand certain instructions, produce artifacts, or generate a result that is too similar to the previous one.
ZenCreator does not develop the underlying AI models ourselves - we integrate models from different providers into our platform. Therefore, we cannot directly change how a particular model interprets a prompt or guarantee its output. Each completed generation also consumes computing resources, which is why credits are charged even when the result is not exactly what the user expected.
That said, our Support Team is always happy to help. If you notice that a particular model repeatedly ignores your prompt or produces unexpected results, please send us the Task IDs and examples. We can review your generations and recommend different settings, prompts, references, or models that may work better for your specific case.
Regarding subscriptions, we completely understand your point. We are planning to introduce a subscription system in the future, which should provide more options for regular and high-volume users.
For now, since you use ZenCreator frequently, we can offer larger credit packages that provide a better price per credit than our standard packages. If you are interested, please contact us via the support chat, and we will be happy to provide you with the available options and all the details.

Please beer is in a bottle with your pricing, but we are getting useless than what we pay. Also extend the time of the video up to at least 302nd if not one minute it's not enough to make a story of generate a video which tells something.

Regarding our pricing, it is currently based on several factors, including the number of AI models available on the platform and the fact that ZenCreator offers these models without censorship. The pricing is also determined by the costs we incur to integrate and operate each model.
That said, we are considering introducing a subscription plan in the future to provide more flexibility for our users.
As for longer videos, the current limitation comes from the AI models themselves. At the moment, there are no supported models that can generate videos as long as 30 seconds or 1 minute in a single generation.
However, you can create much longer videos using our new AI Video Merger tool. It allows you to combine multiple generated clips into a single video of up to 5 minutes in length:

Why my credits finish so fast? I was thinking that my subscription is for one month? I can't buy every two days.
