Direct 30-second minimum video generation for filmmakers

I want to be able to generate videos that are at least 30 seconds long directly, without having to stitch them together. Also, models like Kling have restrictive safety features that limit filmmakers, so having alternative models or less restrictive safety filters for longer generations is important.
