It would be nice to at least get one free retry with video creation. Even if that meant losing the first creation. It's hard to experiment with the cost of some generators. Even an option to retry at half the cost would be welcome.

However, for us, each task is considered a completed request. Once a generation is started, the task is processed and generated by the model, so we are not able to make retries free by default. Each new generation is treated as a separate task.
That said, we really want to help you get the best possible result. If something does not work as expected, please contact us via the support chat. Our team will be happy to help you improve your prompt, choose the right model, or give recommendations on how to generate the result you need.
We are also planning to bring back the trial period in the future.
