Unfortunately, this is how the tool is designed, and it cannot be changed.
LoRAs generate videos by first creating the initial frame. That first frame is generated from the uploaded reference images—either two images for Paired LoRAs or a single image when generating a video of one person.
This approach ensures character consistency throughout the video while also allowing you to upload virtually any reference image. Unfortunately, this step is a fundamental part of how the technology works, so it isn’t technically possible to remove it.
