Can’t do anything. Overlay when clicking login, sign up or upload doesnt do anything. Screen just remained darkened by the overlay with nothing happening. In Brave 1.65.122 Chromium: 124.0.6367.82.

    Dear Client,

    Thank you for reporting this and for including your browser details. We're sorry you ran into this problem. From what you describe, the page loads but the login window does not respond, which usually points to something in the browser or network blocking part of the page. Please try the following, in this order:

    1. Turn off Brave Shields for our site. Click the lion icon in the address bar and switch Shields off for ZenCreator. Brave blocks scripts and trackers very aggressively, and this is the most common cause of a login window that does nothing.

    2. Disable all ad blockers and privacy extensions (uBlock Origin, AdBlock, Privacy Badger, script blockers and similar), or test with all extensions turned off.

    3. Try a private window (Incognito), where extensions are usually disabled and no old data is used.

    4. Clear your browser cache and cookies for our site, then fully close and reopen the browser.

    5. Switch to another browser, for example Google Chrome, and try to log in there. Your Brave version is quite old, so please also update it to the latest one.

    6. Check your VPN. If you are using a VPN, turn it off and try again. If you are not using one, try a VPN with a different country, or switch to another network (for example mobile data instead of Wi-Fi).

    7. Try another device, such as your phone or another computer.
