The video builder app is good in theory but I tried creating two films using different models and neither generated with sound and I lost a lot of credits to find this out. Is this a known issue? When will it be fixed?
Wan 3.0 V2V rejects ~29s uploads (2–15s limit) so 30s output is blocked
When using Video-to-Video on Wan 3.0, uploading a source clip of about 29 seconds shows an error that the video must be between 2 and 15 seconds. That cap makes it impossible to run a full 30-second generation from a matching-length reference, even though Wan 3.0 advertises 30-second output. Steps Open Wan 3.0 video-to-video. Upload a reference video of ~29 seconds. Try to generate a 30-second clip. Result: Upload is rejected (duration must be 2–15s). Expected: Accept reference video up to 30 seconds, or allow 30s output from a longer source. A fix would be nice
Variations Generator Frequently Shorts Quantities
Simply put, select 5 generations, the tool only provides 4. This is happening frequently, I’ve logged at least 10 recently. It has happened in the past , and I didn’t log them, but with these latest fails I feel I’m owed several credits.
No Scrolling
I am unable to scroll up and down on app.zencreator.pro and therefore impedes a lot of its performance. I tried using the Up/Down arrow keys, clearing cookies, using a different browser, disabling extensions, using Incognito, resetting my computer, but none of those things fixes the problem of lack of ability to scroll to navigate the website. So I believe this is a bug within the website.
Models can't handle anime style?
When trying to use a generic anime character reference image for Seedance 2.0 I get the error saying “The image shows a recognisable public figure, so it can't be used. Choose another image and try again.”
Collab update: Face likeness suffers
I appreciate that the updated collab mode generates very high quality 2k photos but the face likeness suffers. I would like an option to use the previous colab settings that generated lower res images but had fantastic face likeness

For some reason Seedance 2.0 Uncensored won't generate audio...
The ‘generate audio for video’ when turned on (no mp3 uploaded for audio) then I keep getting the error for one of the reference media not working, I’ve tried everything, every format to upload and everything, won’t work though when I want it to generate the audio for me.
Image Editor is consistently failing with a high quality image and a simple prompt.

Primary Card Billing Bug
Hi Zencreator Team, there is a bug I've been encountering which causes the card billing for all 4 options to break, leaving the ‘could not generate payment popup’ to occur and be displayed at the top every time. P.S.: Thank you for being transparent about the site’s issues. Try to keep this site trustworthy and secure in the future!
There is a bug/mistake in the Image Editor/combiner
Potentially there could be many shuffled ratios but I have certainly found (to my great annoyance and cost of generating many damaged images and and thus damaging my workflow) that the aspect ratio for option 2:3 is incorrect, as it generates images in 3:4 aspect ratio instead. I am attaching an illustrative screenshot too. This is the default image size (3072×4096) I get when reload the editor page and it’s a 3:4 aspect ratio. The results are 3:4 everytime, no matter if I select 2:3 and I have a suspicion that I got 3:4 results with other alsect ratios selected, but I don't want to waste my credits any more to try that for sure. Hope you can come up with a quick fix, as your service is otherwise really nice.
Auto Ratio
Image editor - batch mode. I add multiple images of different aspect ratios and they are all forced into the same ratio for output. It will auto select the ratio if I put them in one at a time. I want it to auto detect the ratio and output accordingly.
Fix Wan 2.6 Ultra Fast "Generate audio for video” option?
Wan 2.6 Ultra Fast Image-To-Video is a pretty great model/option, especially for the credit cost, and thank you for making it available. However, it has a tendency to add the most god-awful, atonal, ear-splitting garbage “music” at maximum volume to the video roughly 50% of the time when “Generate audio for video” is enabled, no matter how explicitly you tell it not to in the prompt, making that feature a high-risk gamble of 2-11 credits per video to use. Is there anything that can be done to fix that?
Fix misleading UI text for Wan 2.2 + LoRAs model capabilities
The UI for the 'Wan 2.2 + LoRAs' model displays '480p, 720p - 5/10s' under the model name, but the resolution is locked to 720p and the duration is locked to 5 seconds. I want the misleading '5/10 seconds' and '480p' text removed from the model card to avoid confusion.
