Fix misleading UI text for Wan 2.2 + LoRAs model capabilities

The UI for the 'Wan 2.2 + LoRAs' model displays '480p, 720p - 5/10s' under the model name, but the resolution is locked to 720p and the duration is locked to 5 seconds. I want the misleading '5/10 seconds' and '480p' text removed from the model card to avoid confusion.
