The video builder app is good in theory but I tried creating two films using different models and neither generated with sound and I lost a lot of credits to find this out. Is this a known issue? When will it be fixed?
The problem that they meed to fix is they say that as soon as the AI starts, they charge because no matter what it creates that is the final product, but the final Product is what the client says. I suggested that they change their terms based on how the software does NOT work because I have videos of a model massaging another woman, but the arm giving the massage was from her right arm reaching the other lady from her back.

We understand your frustration. When a video comes out with something unexpected, like the arm in your massage example appearing from the wrong place, it is natural to feel that the result is not what you asked for.
Unfortunately, in this case it is not possible to offer a preview of the final result before the credits are charged. Every generation that is launched and successfully completed requires significant computing resources and is processed and paid for through the provider of the model. For this reason, the cost of a completed generation is inseparable from the process itself.
We have always been transparent about this, and we never promise that a result will match your expectations 100%. The success of a generation depends on many factors that are beyond our control, such as the reference used, the prompt you wrote, the way the model understands that prompt, and the limitations of the model itself.
If you have questions about specific generations, you are welcome to contact our support chat. We will do our best to help you resolve them and to give you advice on how to improve your results.

The Video Builder is currently in beta, so it’s possible that something didn’t work as expected.
Could you please send us the Task IDs or examples of the videos that were generated without sound? We’ll review them and check whether there is an issue with the feature.
